The Firm has a broad and sophisticated tax controversy practice.  The Firm’s tax group routinely represents clients in audits with the Internal Revenue Service and before the Oklahoma Tax Commission.  The Firm’s tax lawyers and litigators also have substantial experience in litigating tax cases in the United States Tax Court, in federal district court, and before the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
