Austin
Austin Dodd earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in History from Midwestern State University in 2017. He graduated summa cum laude from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2025.
During law school, Austin was on the Dean’s List and Faculty Honor Roll and received multiple CALI Awards of Excellence for the Future Award, recognizing the highest grade in courses including Legal Research & Writing I and II, Law Practice Technology, Criminal Procedure, Wills, Trusts & Estates, and Trial Practice. He also served as Assistant Resource Editor for the Oklahoma City University Law Review and as an Academic Fellow, tutoring other law students.
Austin gained practical experience as a judicial extern for the Honorable Suzanne Mitchell of the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma. He is admitted to practice in Oklahoma, Texas, and the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.
He specializes in litigation and appellate matters.
Gaby
Gaby B. Byrne earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Legal Studies from the University of Arkansas in 2020, graduating cum laude. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2025, also cum laude.
While in law school, Gaby was on the Dean’s List and Faculty Honor Roll and received CALI Awards of Excellence for Civil Procedure II, Legal Research and Writing II, and Law Practice and Technology. She was a Distinguished Member and Staff Editor of the Oklahoma City University Law Review, a member of the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society, a Law Admissions Ambassador, and an Academic Fellow for Contracts I & II.
Gaby also participated in The Collaborative: Law Clinic for Business and Innovation in the spring of 2024 and was a student member of the William J. Holloway Inn of Court. She was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar in 2025.
Gaby’s practice focuses on lending and finance, corporate law, business formation and governance, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and real estate finance, and estate planning, including trusts, asset protection, and wealth transfer planning.
