EXPERIENCE
- For the past 30 years, Joe has focused his practice at the Firm on issues surrounding commercial real estate, including sales and acquisitions, leasing and operational issues, development projects and related financing transactions
- Routinely represents sellers, purchasers and secured lenders in purchase and sale transactions involving multifamily projects, senior living communities, office, retail, self storage and other commercial properties
- Routinely assists real property owners with financing transactions, leasing, management agreements and other operational matters, as well as representation on real estate development projects, both large scale projects and single tenant development programs
- Routinely represents borrowers and lenders in a wide variety of commercial lending and related collateral security transactions, including borrower representation on real estate projects utilizing the HUD Section 221(d)(4) and 223(f) programs
