The firm’s labor and employment law practice group represents and assists management in all aspects of matters and issues touching the workplace and relationships with employees. The Firm also helps clients create and implement deferred compensation strategies, such as synthetic and phantom stock plans, restricted equity plans, and stock bonus plans. Our lawyers are experienced and skilled in preparing employment contracts, personnel policies, employee manuals, and drug and alcohol testing policies. They also advise clients on employment termination, sexual harassment, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) investigations, executive compensation, hiring and employment of those with disabilities, wage and hour disputes, health and safety issues, and employee benefit matters. And if litigation is called for, our attorneys provide the highest measure of effective, efficient and successful representation.
