BANKRUPTCY PROCEEDINGS (CREDITORS)

What It Is

Our well-equipped lawyers regularly represent clients in bankruptcy proceedings in the western, northern and eastern district courts of Oklahoma. We focus primarily on representing creditors with claims against a bankrupt entity, preference and fraudulent transfer litigation initiated by a bankrupt entity against one of our clients, and related bankruptcy claims and discharge litigation. Bankruptcy cases tend to move fast, and therefore require rapid analysis of complicated financial transactions. They also often involve expedited discovery, contested hearings and trials, and can lead to expedited appeals to U.S. District Court or to the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel of the Tenth Circuit.

The firm utilizes the extensive expertise of lawyers from a breadth of diverse practice areas, enabling us to marshal a team extensively prepared to address the complexities of bankruptcy and insolvency matters.
