Charles E. Geister III Inducted into the Oklahoma Chapter of NADN

The Oklahoma Chapter of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals (NADN) has welcomed Charles E. Geister III as a 2025 inductee, recognizing his exceptional contributions to civil dispute resolution.

A graduate of the prestigious University of Oklahoma Law School, Geister has spent over 40 years representing clients in complex civil litigation, trying numerous cases to verdict in both federal and state courts. His extensive experience has made him a sought-after mediator and arbitrator, frequently called upon to resolve disputes efficiently and effectively. In addition to his litigation practice, Geister serves as President and Director of the Oklahoma County Bar Foundation and has lectured on trial practice, civil procedure, insurance law, and mediation.

Formed in 2008, NADN is the premier professional organization for experienced mediators and arbitrators in civil and commercial conflict resolution. Membership is by invitation only, requiring peer nominations and thorough vetting. NADN’s members are recognized for their excellence and reputation in the field, ensuring the highest standards in dispute resolution.
