Hartzog Conger Cason is pleased to welcome Bailey Stevens to the firm, where she will join the litigation group with a focus on family law.
Bailey brings an interdisciplinary background to her legal practice, with academic training spanning law, social work, and the liberal arts. She graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2018. In 2023, she completed a Masters of Social Work at the University of Oklahoma. Bailey received her Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2026, graduating magna cum laude.
At OCU Law, Bailey distinguished herself through both academic achievement and involvement in the law school community. Bailey received the CALI Award of Excellence for achieving the highest grade in her class in Contracts II, Property, and White Collar Crime. Bailey was also named to the Dean’s List and Faculty Honor Roll and received the Oklahoma Bar Association Litigation Section’s Excellence in Litigation Skills Award.
Beyond the classroom, Bailey served on the Oklahoma City University Law Review and as an Academic Fellow. She further developed her client advocacy experience as an intern with the Oklahoma County Public Defender’s Office.
Bailey is admitted to practice in Oklahoma and is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and the Ruth Bader Ginsburg Inn of Court.
With a background that combines legal training, litigation experience and graduate-level study in social work, Bailey brings a valuable perspective to matters that often involve complex legal issues alongside significant personal stakes.
